For about 20 guests you’ll pour roughly 4 tanks of mix over the event. One machine can do it, but you’d be refilling it 4 times — so we’d rent 2 machines to skip the refills and run one spiked, one alcohol-free.
Figured at 8 oz per drink, and one machine per ~25 guests. For cocktails, keep alcohol to about 4 oz per 24 oz of mix (around 10% ABV) so it freezes thick instead of watery.

Built on Ninja’s own test-kitchen ratios (their margarita runs 1 part mix : 1 part tequila : 2 parts water) and classic frozen-drink recipes. Pour to the max fill line, keep cocktails near 10% ABV so they freeze thick, strain any pulp, and tune sweetness to taste.
